我的教育背景和最初的工作背景都算不上優(yōu)秀，但是我用自己的努力證明了這樣一個(gè)道理-------大專生并不比本科生差，小公司一樣會有大發(fā)展。下面請老師允許我舉三個(gè)小例子來證明我的觀點(diǎn)。
我的家鄉(xiāng)在遼西的一個(gè)偏遠(yuǎn)小山村，十年九旱，家境貧寒，高考前夕，為了籌集上大學(xué)的學(xué)費(fèi)，改善家里的經(jīng)濟(jì)條件，我在家里辦起了“釀酒廠”，進(jìn)行糧食加工轉(zhuǎn)化，飼料喂豬牛，后來的結(jié)果證明，這個(gè)小廠極大改善了家里的經(jīng)濟(jì)狀況，也在封閉落后的鄉(xiāng)村掀起了科學(xué)致富的春風(fēng)。這是我人生第一次創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試。
以2分之差與本科失之交臂之后，我來到了遼寧財(cái)政高等專科學(xué)校，我沒有抱怨，沒有氣餒，為了破解當(dāng)時(shí)大專生普遍存在的自卑心理和就業(yè)難題，我創(chuàng)建了創(chuàng)業(yè)者協(xié)會，提出了“創(chuàng)業(yè)就是就業(yè)，而且是更高起點(diǎn)的就業(yè)”口號，用創(chuàng)業(yè)者的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)來嚴(yán)格要求自己和所有會員，通過有效的策劃和組織，帶領(lǐng)會員進(jìn)行各種創(chuàng)業(yè)嘗試，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)了兩個(gè)目標(biāo)：一是協(xié)會所有的運(yùn)營資金都來自于協(xié)會各種實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的收入，沒有向會員收取任何會費(fèi);二是絕大部分會員經(jīng)過協(xié)會的鍛煉后，重拾了自信，在日后的求職和職業(yè)發(fā)展過程中，都表現(xiàn)出了比非會員更強(qiáng)的優(yōu)勢。據(jù)我最近對母校的了解，目前這個(gè)協(xié)會仍然在運(yùn)作，依然是學(xué)校中最務(wù)實(shí)、最具影響力的協(xié)會。
20__年7月畢業(yè)后，我選擇了一家小型外貿(mào)公司。基于兩個(gè)原因：一是中國剛剛加入wto，外貿(mào)必然有大發(fā)展;二是小公司里可以接觸到外貿(mào)全過程，能迅速提高自身的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì)。從對外貿(mào)一無所知到精通各個(gè)操作環(huán)節(jié)，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班請教，晚上自學(xué)研究。在完成工作目標(biāo)的同時(shí)，有意識的對業(yè)務(wù)流程、單證進(jìn)行規(guī)范，自編了外貿(mào)制單系統(tǒng)，使制單效率提高了75%，同時(shí)保證了單據(jù)的準(zhǔn)確性。在過去的六年中，先后協(xié)助公司建立國際業(yè)務(wù)部與國際市場開發(fā)部并擔(dān)任主管，建立健全部門規(guī)章制度。我負(fù)責(zé)的國際市場開發(fā)部在過去的3年中創(chuàng)造了近億元的銷售業(yè)績，為公司創(chuàng)造利潤20__多萬元。目前我所服務(wù)的公司已經(jīng)成為當(dāng)?shù)厮a(chǎn)龍頭企業(yè)，員工近千人，年產(chǎn)值超過億元大關(guān)。

個(gè)人缺點(diǎn)
1. 行慢于言，相對保守。
2. 內(nèi)心焦躁，急于求成。
3. 溝通不主動(dòng)，還需修煉。
