一篇好的高中英語作文，應該語言正確，內容連貫，詞句優美。語言正確和內容連貫可以通過“多寫”達到，但是詞句優美卻不是寫得多就能達到的。
這里說的“詞句優美”指的是真正優美的詞句，而不是流傳甚廣的很多所謂的寫作模板、作文金句，那些東西絕大多數都是陳詞濫調，不是優美表達，千萬別拿那些東西當寶貝。那些東西用的多了，作文就被判為垃圾作文了，除非完全不會自己寫作文，否則盡可能不要用。

本學期我的收獲就是繼續實施了“高效課堂”。盡量可調動學生學習的積極性，想方設法提高教學效率。首先把學習的主動權交給學生，讓學生積極行動起來，緊張起來，都能積極參與課堂的各項活動，特別是小組活動，合作探究，小組討論，極大地調動學生學習的積極性，從而極大地提高了課堂效果。正如名家所言：“要想調動農民的積極性就是把土地還給農民；要想調動學生學習的積極性就是把學習還給學生。”作為初中三年級的學生，培養學生的自學能力及調動學生學英語的積極性至關重要。為此作如下常規工作：
1、深刻鉆研教材，認真備好每一節課。不但要備學生而且要備教材、備教法，根據教材內容及學生的實際，針對三年級教學目標的不同：初三年級在培養學生的自學能力和學習興趣的基礎上訓練學生閱讀和寫作等綜合能力，還讓學生試著模仿教材寫作文；設計課的類型，擬定采用的教學方法，并對教學過程的程序及時間安排都作了詳細的記錄，認真寫好教案。對每一課都做到“有備而來”，每堂課都在課前做好充分的準備，并制作各種利于吸引學生注意力的有趣教具，課后及時對該課做出總結，寫好教學后記，并認真搜集每課書的知識要點，歸納成集。
2、實施了“高效課堂”教學方法，提高課堂效率。增強上課技能，提高教學質量，使講解清晰化，條理化，準確化，情感化，生動化，做到線索清晰，層次分明，言簡意賅，深入淺出。在課堂上特別注意調動學生的積極性，加強師生交流，充分體現學生的主體作用，發揮小組合作學習的模式，把課堂還給學生，真正實踐“高效課堂”。基本做到了讓學生學得容易，學得輕松，學得愉快；注意精講精練，在課堂上我講得盡量少，讓學生有更多動口動手動腦的機會；同時在每一堂課上都充分考慮每一個層次的學生學習需求和學習能力，讓各個層次的學生都得到提高。現在學生普遍反映喜歡上英語課。
3、充分利用練習課和課外輔導學生。本學期我們增加了練習課，我經常利用練習課輔導學生。比如檢查單詞的記憶，對話和短文的朗讀與背誦等。為了激發學生的積極性，我還采用小組與小組之間進行比賽和全班進行百詞大賽等辦法，事實證明，這些方法都達到了預期的效果。另外，本人虛心請教其他老師。在教學上，有疑必問。在各個單元的學習上都積極與其他老師商討，學習他們的方法，同時，多聽其他老師的課，學習別人的優點，克服自己的不足。
