1、了解辭職權利的*質;
作為一名員工,在寫辭職信之前,不要倉促行為,也不要意氣用事。想辭職時,就先要想清楚,你想行使的是哪一種辭職的權利,這種*質的判斷,是需要一定的法律基礎的。
員工辭職的權利,共計有三種,其一是與單位協商,這是不需要員工單獨擬寫辭職信的;其二是員工提前三十日提出辭職,這種辭職的權利是一種預告解除勞動合同的權利,在現實中還是受到一些限制的,而且有可能會承擔向單位支付違約金的責任,因此,在行使這種權利時,作為員工,應當深思一下;其三是即時辭職權利,這種辭職權利,員工是不需要向單位承擔任何賠償或者違約責任的,但是這種辭職需要法定的理由。
