幾位老師的精彩講座使我受益匪淺，讓我對(duì)人教版小學(xué)英語新教材有了更深刻的了解，能夠在教學(xué)過程中更合理、靈活地、有創(chuàng)造性使用教材，對(duì)教材的內(nèi)容進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)娜∩幔瑢?duì)教材建議的教學(xué)方法做適當(dāng)?shù)恼{(diào)整，更能夠提高英語教學(xué)的效果。主講的幾位老師簡(jiǎn)明扼要的介紹了新舊課標(biāo)的相同與區(qū)別，幫我們梳理了整個(gè)新課標(biāo)的核心所在，更利于我們對(duì)新課標(biāo)的學(xué)習(xí)。通過學(xué)習(xí)我認(rèn)識(shí)到英語課程的學(xué)習(xí)在小學(xué)教育中具有重要的地位。英語課程的學(xué)習(xí)，既是學(xué)生通過英語學(xué)習(xí)和實(shí)踐活動(dòng)，逐步掌握英語知識(shí)和技能，提高語言實(shí)際運(yùn)用能力的過程;又是他們磨礪意志、陶冶情操、拓展視野、豐富生活經(jīng)歷、開發(fā)思維能力、發(fā)展個(gè)性和提高人文素養(yǎng)的過程。而要做好小學(xué)英語教學(xué)工作就要了解新課程對(duì)小學(xué)英語的要求，以指導(dǎo)教學(xué)實(shí)踐。
接著再由曹老師首先給我們介紹了人教版新課標(biāo)pep小學(xué)英語教材的結(jié)構(gòu)。這套教材分為a、b、c兩個(gè)部分。a部分內(nèi)容包含：let’s talk(句型);let’s play(活動(dòng) 操練);let’s learn(單詞); let’s do(全部動(dòng)作反應(yīng)法 tpr活動(dòng)); let’s make; let’s sing 。b部分內(nèi)容包含：let’s check(單元檢測(cè))。三、四年級(jí)是小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的基礎(chǔ)階段，五、六年級(jí)是學(xué)習(xí)的發(fā)展階段。因此教師要掌握好各個(gè)階段的教學(xué)目標(biāo)，在鞏固好學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)的前提下求更好的發(fā)展，真正讓學(xué)生學(xué)有所獲!
在詞匯教學(xué)方面，曹老師建議要音、形、義結(jié)合，同時(shí)總結(jié)了如下四種方法：1、結(jié)合字母的發(fā)音教，教會(huì)能力;2、融單詞于語句中教，強(qiáng)調(diào)語意;3、在交際性游戲中教，促進(jìn)記憶;在任務(wù)活動(dòng)中教，重在運(yùn)用。呈現(xiàn)單詞環(huán)節(jié)，曹老師建議音、義領(lǐng)先，形在后，強(qiáng)調(diào)語素--字母(組合)的聯(lián)系，培養(yǎng)拼讀能力。操練環(huán)節(jié)，老師也介紹了如下幾種方法：1、請(qǐng)學(xué)生把單詞與圖片(實(shí)物)匹配;2、請(qǐng)學(xué)生邊說單詞邊指課本上的單詞或句子;3、教師說單詞，學(xué)生舉出相應(yīng)的單詞卡片;4、教師說單詞，學(xué)生舉出相應(yīng)的實(shí)物或圖片;5、let’s do聽聽做做;6、給單詞編號(hào)，教師說，學(xué)生指。
在訓(xùn)練學(xué)生的認(rèn)讀能力時(shí)，老師談到了以下幾種常見的手段：1、請(qǐng)學(xué)生把單詞與圖片(實(shí)物)匹配;2、教師說單詞，學(xué)生舉出相應(yīng)的單詞卡片;3、聽錄音，手指單詞跟讀，眼到，手到，口到，心到;4、充分利用板書以及單詞表的作用。
在上詞匯課的時(shí)候，曹老師提醒老師們注意：a、分清單詞的教學(xué)目標(biāo)(認(rèn)讀?書寫?)，有針對(duì)性地處理;b、對(duì)單詞進(jìn)行精細(xì)加工，可分組或分層處理;可引入反義詞、近義詞、同類屬詞進(jìn)行對(duì)比;可利用實(shí)物、圖片、簡(jiǎn)筆畫等加深印象;c、單詞先分別操練，再綜合在一起操練，利用短時(shí)記憶的關(guān)鍵復(fù)習(xí)點(diǎn)強(qiáng)化記憶單詞;d、強(qiáng)化認(rèn)讀能力;e、操練量要大，學(xué)生參與面要寬，詞句融合自然，活動(dòng)形式要豐富有趣。
對(duì)話教學(xué)也是讓老師感到頭疼的問題，學(xué)生因素，教學(xué)條件因素，環(huán)境因素等，讓這一教學(xué)成為了教學(xué)中的一大難題。針對(duì)對(duì)話教學(xué)，曹老師也給出了幾點(diǎn)建議：a、利用圖片、多媒體及肢體語言等多種形式呈現(xiàn)對(duì)話，在語境中整體感知并強(qiáng)化“注意”(noticing)目標(biāo)語言結(jié)構(gòu);b、利用趣味活動(dòng)強(qiáng)化認(rèn)識(shí)并掌握語言結(jié)構(gòu);c、利用任務(wù)型活動(dòng)，創(chuàng)設(shè)不同語境，進(jìn)行有意義的對(duì)話活動(dòng)。曹老師還提到，課堂活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)注意由緊到松，由控到放。
下午老師利用多媒體播放了兩位著名英語教師的教學(xué)視頻，讓我們觀看學(xué)習(xí)。我們看了兩位著名英語教師的課很有挫敗感，因?yàn)檫@兩位老師上的課和自己上的相比，有很大的差距，我們得不斷地努力學(xué)習(xí)，不斷地提高自身知識(shí)水平，不斷地優(yōu)化課堂教學(xué)，才能拉近這個(gè)距離。這兩位老師流暢自然的教學(xué)語言、極強(qiáng)的和學(xué)生互動(dòng)的能力、新穎的教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)設(shè)計(jì)、學(xué)生興趣的激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)能力等等，都是我們應(yīng)該學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的。

2、let’splay
本部分讓學(xué)生在游戲活動(dòng)中熟練運(yùn)用所學(xué)問候語及自我介紹用語。
3、let’ssing
本部分主要通過學(xué)生學(xué)唱abcsong，讓學(xué)生初步接觸字母的發(fā)音，激發(fā)他們對(duì)英語學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，從而逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的語音，語調(diào)。
4、let’sfindout
通過找字母，讓學(xué)生了解字母。
1、將教師用書后所附的本套教材主要人物的圖片復(fù)印或剪下，涂色后制成頭飾。
2、為班上學(xué)生準(zhǔn)備出男女生常用的英文名字。
3、為let’splay中的游戲準(zhǔn)備相應(yīng)的道具。

（2）教師可戴上sarah的頭飾介紹hello!i’msarah.并用同樣方式介紹其他人物。
（3）讓學(xué)生到講臺(tái)上來，戴上sarah,chenjie,mike的頭飾說：hello!i’m?
（4）教師戴上wuyifan的頭飾說hi!i’mwuyifan.并與戴sarah頭飾的學(xué)生相互問好，并有意在分手時(shí)說goodbye.
（5）聽錄音來展示let’stalk部分的教學(xué)內(nèi)容。
【三】趣味操練（practice）
趣味操練一：
（1）請(qǐng)戴著wuyifan,chenjie,sarah,mike頭飾的學(xué)生站在講臺(tái)前，另選一同學(xué)用眼罩蒙住眼睛，讓sarah等四位同學(xué)中的一個(gè)說hello,讓蒙住眼睛的同學(xué)猜。如果猜中，要說yes,i’m?如果猜錯(cuò)，要說no,i’m?猜對(duì)得一分。
（2）表演a部分對(duì)話，教師應(yīng)指導(dǎo)學(xué)生注意語音，語調(diào)，特別是i’m的發(fā)音，應(yīng)為/aim/不能讀成/em/。
