首先應(yīng)該表明你是在何家媒體看到應(yīng)聘廣告以及所要應(yīng)聘職位的名稱，如：
(1)in answer to your advertisement in(媒體名稱，括號(hào)里只要按照實(shí)際情況填寫，下同)for(職位名稱),i wish to tender my services.
(2)with reference to your advertisement in(媒體名稱)for(職位名稱),i respectfully offer myself for the post.
通常在這段里介紹你的工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，特別需要注意的是，和所應(yīng)聘工作無(wú)關(guān)的經(jīng)歷就不要贅述了，如：
(1)i have been serving for over(數(shù)字)years in(以前供職單位).
(2)i have had(數(shù)字)years‘experience with(以前供職單位)as a(以前職務(wù)).
這里包含兩個(gè)方面的原因，一是離開現(xiàn)職的原因，二是申請(qǐng)新職位的原因，如：
(1)my reason for leaving my present employer is that i wish to get into the(申請(qǐng)職位的.性質(zhì)，如：advertising)business.
(2)i left the office on account of the discontinuance of the business.
這部分非重重要，因?yàn)檫@體現(xiàn)你究竟能為公司做些什么，直接關(guān)系到求職的成功率，但是也要注意一定要用最少的文字表達(dá)最多的意思。還是那句話，和所應(yīng)聘職位無(wú)關(guān)的能力(包括證書、資格等)，也應(yīng)該堅(jiān)決予以剔除，如：
(1)i have received a special english education(你的專業(yè)),and have a fair command of japanese(你的副業(yè)).in addition,i know a little french.
(2)during my education,i have grasped the principals of my major and skills of practice. not only have i passed tem-8(你所通過的水平測(cè)試或其它職業(yè)技能考核),but more important i can communicate with others freely in english(你個(gè)人的能力，尤其是強(qiáng)項(xiàng)).my ability to write and speak english is out of question.
這是個(gè)比較敏感的問題，如果一定要在信中提及的話，也是可以應(yīng)付的，如：
(1)i am willing to serve on trial(試用)for some months at a low salary.
(2)i should require a salary of2,000rmb a month to begin with.
成功的求職信決不是虎頭蛇尾的，往往會(huì)在此提及關(guān)于希望得到面試的事情。因此，結(jié)尾一樣要引起重視，如：
(1)i should be glad to have a personal interview and can furnish references if desired.
(2)i should appreciate the privilege of an interviews.i may be reached by letter at the address given below(如這樣使用的話，就要在后面附上你的聯(lián)系地址),or by telephone at (你的電話號(hào)碼).
這個(gè)部分視具體情況而定，如果有詳細(xì)的簡(jiǎn)歷，或者是用人單位需要的材料，附在求職信中時(shí)，需要注明，如：
(1)enclosed please find a resume,a photo and an autobiography.
(2)a copy of my transcript is enclosed.
另外還有一些內(nèi)容雖然不屬于求職信的一部分，但是也不能忽視，如求職信的用紙，一般采用a4幅面的紙張，正文用打印機(jī)打印出來，信末必須親筆簽名。打印字體不宜過大，這樣會(huì)增加篇幅，也不宜太小，給別人增添麻煩。字體不要采用花體，用黑體、宋體、仿宋就可以了，顯得正式而尊重。如沒有特殊情況，盡量少用彩色。總之簡(jiǎn)潔大方就可以了，不要弄得過于花哨。
