正文：一是表揚原因，簡明敘述員工的好品德，好作風。比如員工工作態度認真，待人熱情，使我……。可以加入實際例子。二是用熱情，親切語言進行表揚，表明你的態度和心情。贊揚并鼓勵。這部分自由發揮比較好吧！呵呵。
結語：“向xxx學習。”之類的話。
