2023年pep小學英語教材培訓心得體會通用一
幾位老師的精彩講座使我受益匪淺，讓我對人教版小學英語新教材有了更深刻的了解，能夠在教學過程中更合理、靈活地、有創造性使用教材，對教材的內容進行適當的取舍，對教材建議的教學方法做適當的調整，更能夠提高英語教學的效果。主講的幾位老師簡明扼要的介紹了新舊課標的相同與區別，幫我們梳理了整個新課標的核心所在，更利于我們對新課標的學習。通過學習我認識到英語課程的學習在小學教育中具有重要的地位。英語課程的學習，既是學生通過英語學習和實踐活動，逐步掌握英語知識和技能，提高語言實際運用能力的過程;又是他們磨礪意志、陶冶情操、拓展視野、豐富生活經歷、開發思維能力、發展個性和提高人文素養的過程。而要做好小學英語教學工作就要了解新課程對小學英語的要求，以指導教學實踐。
接著再由曹老師首先給我們介紹了人教版新課標pep小學英語教材的結構。這套教材分為a、b、c兩個部分。a部分內容包含：let’s talk(句型);let’s play(活動 操練);let’s learn(單詞); let’s do(全部動作反應法 tpr活動); let’s make; let’s sing 。b部分內容包含：let’s check(單元檢測)。三、四年級是小學生學習英語的基礎階段，五、六年級是學習的發展階段。因此教師要掌握好各個階段的教學目標，在鞏固好學生基礎的前提下求更好的發展，真正讓學生學有所獲!
在詞匯教學方面，曹老師建議要音、形、義結合，同時總結了如下四種方法：1、結合字母的發音教，教會能力;2、融單詞于語句中教，強調語意;3、在交際性游戲中教，促進記憶;在任務活動中教，重在運用。呈現單詞環節，曹老師建議音、義領先，形在后，強調語素--字母(組合)的聯系，培養拼讀能力。操練環節，老師也介紹了如下幾種方法：1、請學生把單詞與圖片(實物)匹配;2、請學生邊說單詞邊指課本上的單詞或句子;3、教師說單詞，學生舉出相應的單詞卡片;4、教師說單詞，學生舉出相應的實物或圖片;5、let’s do聽聽做做;6、給單詞編號，教師說，學生指。
在訓練學生的認讀能力時，老師談到了以下幾種常見的手段：1、請學生把單詞與圖片(實物)匹配;2、教師說單詞，學生舉出相應的單詞卡片;3、聽錄音，手指單詞跟讀，眼到，手到，口到，心到;4、充分利用板書以及單詞表的作用。
在上詞匯課的時候，曹老師提醒老師們注意：a、分清單詞的教學目標(認讀?書寫?)，有針對性地處理;b、對單詞進行精細加工，可分組或分層處理;可引入反義詞、近義詞、同類屬詞進行對比;可利用實物、圖片、簡筆畫等加深印象;c、單詞先分別操練，再綜合在一起操練，利用短時記憶的關鍵復習點強化記憶單詞;d、強化認讀能力;e、操練量要大，學生參與面要寬，詞句融合自然，活動形式要豐富有趣。
對話教學也是讓老師感到頭疼的問題，學生因素，教學條件因素，環境因素等，讓這一教學成為了教學中的一大難題。針對對話教學，曹老師也給出了幾點建議：a、利用圖片、多媒體及肢體語言等多種形式呈現對話，在語境中整體感知并強化“注意”(noticing)目標語言結構;b、利用趣味活動強化認識并掌握語言結構;c、利用任務型活動，創設不同語境，進行有意義的對話活動。曹老師還提到，課堂活動設計應注意由緊到松，由控到放。
下午老師利用多媒體播放了兩位著名英語教師的教學視頻，讓我們觀看學習。我們看了兩位著名英語教師的課很有挫敗感，因為這兩位老師上的課和自己上的相比，有很大的差距，我們得不斷地努力學習，不斷地提高自身知識水平，不斷地優化課堂教學，才能拉近這個距離。這兩位老師流暢自然的教學語言、極強的和學生互動的能力、新穎的教學環節設計、學生興趣的激發和培養能力等等，都是我們應該學習借鑒的。
在英語課堂教學過程中，有時候我覺得自己已經很努力了，卻發現很多時候自己在唱獨角戲，有些學生缺乏學習興趣，有些學生想把英語學好卻又無從下手。經過這次培訓學習，有了老師們的理論方法指導，對我今后的教學會起到推波助瀾的作用。
培訓雖然只有短短的一天，但我收獲頗豐!在今后的教學中，我將做到與學生共成長，不斷追求新的自我。

本部分讓學生在游戲活動中熟練運用所學問候語及自我介紹用語。
3、let’ssing
本部分主要通過學生學唱abcsong，讓學生初步接觸字母的發音，激發他們對英語學習的興趣，從而逐步培養學生的語音，語調。
4、let’sfindout
通過找字母，讓學生了解字母。
1、將教師用書后所附的本套教材主要人物的圖片復印或剪下，涂色后制成頭飾。

【一】熱身（warm-up）
不妨請學生說說他們在現實生活中已經了解的英語詞匯或日常用語。同時可利用我們生活中學生已經會說或較熟知的詞匯如tv，cd，vcd，dvd，ok！hi!yeah!bye!cool!wow!e-mail,cartoon等等來激發學生想學英語的興趣和愿望。
【二】新課展示（presentation）
新課展示一：
教師播放本課的歌曲“hello”的錄音，自然引出師生之間的打招呼。
（1）通過教師的自我介紹自然引出hello,i’m?/hi,i’m?
（2）教師可戴上sarah的頭飾介紹hello!i’msarah.并用同樣方式介紹其他人物。
（3）讓學生到講臺上來，戴上sarah,chenjie,mike的頭飾說：hello!i’m?
（4）教師戴上wuyifan的頭飾說hi!i’mwuyifan.并與戴sarah頭飾的學生相互問好，并有意在分手時說goodbye.
（5）聽錄音來展示let’stalk部分的教學內容。
【三】趣味操練（practice）
趣味操練一：
（1）請戴著wuyifan,chenjie,sarah,mike頭飾的學生站在講臺前，另選一同學用眼罩蒙住眼睛，讓sarah等四位同學中的一個說hello,讓蒙住眼睛的同學猜。如果猜中，要說yes,i’m?如果猜錯，要說no,i’m?猜對得一分。
（2）表演a部分對話，教師應指導學生注意語音，語調，特別是i’m的發音，應為/aim/不能讀成/em/。
（3）玩let’splay中的游戲“擊鼓傳花”。

教師播放let’ssing兩遍，學生邊聽邊跟唱，讓能力強的學生唱一遍，教師適當進行獎勵或表揚。
