感謝信也和其他信體同樣，很難用某一套模板籠統(tǒng)地覆蓋過去，在寫這些作文的時候其實句式都是那些沒怎么改變的句式，但是感謝信的內(nèi)容也是一個比較多變的類型，因為感謝信用到的場合實在是太多了。
最常見的幾類
1、你去國外旅游，外國友人把你招待地很好，讓你賓至如歸。
2、你收到別人的禮物（你的生日、別人去旅游回來）等等。
3、面試完后，給面試官寫的感謝信。
4、別人給予你信任，讓你加入某一項重要的工作中去
......
不管是什么樣的情景，什么樣的內(nèi)容，總的來說就是別人幫助你，可能是物質(zhì)上也可能是精神上，你就得寫這封感謝信表達對別人的感謝。
下面我將從三個段落來說，每個段主要該寫什么內(nèi)容，然后后面會給出相關(guān)的例句，下面來看看吧。
dear xxx
開頭段：
先是一些套話，在感謝信的第一段里，先表達自己寫信的目的。也就是先寫自己寫這封信給對方的目的是為了表達感謝，也可以在首段先簡單提一下為什么要寫這封感謝信，可能是對方給你提供了什么幫助，在外國旅游對方的熱情招待等等。
而且在有的信體中可能我們是代表某個群體去表示感謝，在開頭段時盡量表達完整一點，在中間段描述的時候就可以多說一些對方做的好事，對我們這個集體產(chǎn)生的影響等等，往具體了說。
①i wrote these words to you with a complicated feeling of gratitude. i wanted to sit down and have a good chat with you, but i was afraid that i might not be able to express my true feelings of gratitude by then, so i hope you can understand, because this is what i said with sincere thanks from the bottom of my heart.

上面作文句子的順序也可以代表在作文中描寫的順序，比如我們寫感謝信時，在首段可以先寫自己寫信的目的是表示感謝，然后說如果沒有你的幫助就怎樣怎樣，或者也可以說由于他的幫助給我們帶來了什么樣的好處和難忘的記憶等等。
第一段先總述，到中間段再進行感謝的具體內(nèi)容，可以寫對方幫助自己的具體細節(jié)，也可以拓展一下說自己想怎樣報答對面
中間段：
中間段就具體描述一下對方幫助的細節(jié)，并且具體寫寫對方的幫助對我們生活產(chǎn)生的影響，對我們自己生活的意義。

中間段是一篇文章的主要填充段，所有的細節(jié)都要在這段展示出來，在第一段道完歉之后，第二段我們就得客觀地解釋導(dǎo)致這種錯誤的相關(guān)細節(jié)，補充事實，并且在可能的情況下提出補救措施。
在寫完一個原因之后，用it開頭的形式主語或者是定語從句補充相關(guān)細節(jié)，盡量豐富自己的內(nèi)容。

投訴信和前面寫的幾個信體不同。前面幾個信體在某種程度上可以說是屬于同一類，都是有一個一來一回的過程，也就是先要說收到對方的來信，然后說自己寫信的目的。投訴信有點不同，這個僅僅是單方面寫信給別人（這個別人一般是店家、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、餐館老板等等）。
但是既然是信體。對應(yīng)文體該有的禮貌還是要有的。行文語言要客氣、客觀陳述文體，正確表達自己的想法，然后抱著想找到一個和平解決方案的態(tài)度去與對方進行協(xié)商交流。

開門見山直接說你寫信的目的是為了投訴。
①i am happy that i receive the package this morning but it is a pity that there exists something wrong with the machine.

在前一期推文里我們講了scqa模型。這個表達模型在陳述相應(yīng)事情時非常好用，而恰巧，在投訴信里就剛好涉及到具體投訴事情相關(guān)細節(jié)的闡述，那么這里我們可以選擇使用scqa模型進行表達。
廢話不多說，我來給大家演示一段。
s：under considerable studying pressure, i want to get a electronic product which is expected to give me some support in my study, such as searching information and some answers for my homework.
c：therefore, i bought a laptop from your website last week, but instead of bringing me convenience, it caused me a lot of trouble. i hava some trouble typing because a part of the keyboard is inexplicably invalid and the screen makes it hard for me to recognize the words.
這些話寫在中間段是很不錯的選擇。其實其實這句話寫出來大家也能發(fā)現(xiàn)，關(guān)于s（背景）這個部分也是可寫可不寫。因為高中的作文還是主要追求短平快。在僅有的100詞里把所有要點都扣到的話，中間段可以開門見山直接說自己遇到的麻煩，也就是c（矛盾）。
至于a（解決策略）呢，就安排到最后一段。一般來說題目中會給足夠的信息，如果說題目中就給了一個故障讓你寫，你其實也可以在中間段加上我前面例句寫到的s（背景）部分，然后詳細展開矛盾部分和帶給自己的麻煩。
