學院領導和畢業論文領導小組成員在畢業論文領導小組工作會議上認真學習了《通知》精神，做了專門討論和研究，決定成立由學院督導委員會成員為組成的畢業論文中期檢查專家組，具體負責本次畢業論文中期檢查工作，制定了工作步驟、方式和要求，安排好各自任務。
我院依據學校的檢查通知，參照通知要求的檢查內容和方式，制定了周密詳細的工作計劃。分兩個階段進行檢查。第一階段是自查階段，學院教學管理科、指導教師和學生自我檢查論文中期工作情況，并且做好學院檢查的'準備。第二階段是學院檢查階段，對學院的管理資料、指導教師的《中期檢查表》和部分學生的論文資料進行全面檢查。在全面檢查的基礎上，分別召開指導教師和學生座談會，聽取他們對學校、學院在畢業論文工作的規章制度、保障措施等方面的意見和建議，以進一步規范管理和提高畢業論文的質量。
在自查階段，學院各方面都能夠認真仔細，圓滿按時保質保量地完成工作。
3月6日下午，我院督導委員會成員按照計劃安排，分別進行了資料檢查、教師代表座談會和學生代表座談會。
(一)畢業論文中期資料檢查
按照教務處《通知》要求，我院決定對于學院的相關文件資料和指導教師的《中期檢查表》進行全面檢查，學生論文資料抽查不少于總數的1/4，每班隨機抽取1名學生的資料，檢查論文工作的完成情況。具體檢查情況如下：
1管理方面：
學院畢業設計(論文)工作管理文件，包括文件、通知等資料完整、規范、有序。畢業論文工作計劃制定詳細具體，符合學校的要求，切合學生的學習情況，整個論文工作執行基本按照計劃安排的時間點推進，目前論文工作已經完成計劃的8%多。學院制定的《畢業論文實施細則》符合學院學科專業特點與要求，符合學校的畢業論文工作要求，對于畢業論文工作的各個方面工作要求細致而明晰，一目了然。
為了保證學生論文的質量，學院做了大量的前期準備工作，比如制定了詳細的《畢業論文實施細則》，在撰寫過程中通過多種方式狠抓落實。首先嚴把三道關：選題關、開題關、答辯關。第二開辟三個信息渠道：一是通過各班的信息點、二是通過學院網站畢業論文專欄、

8.2 租賃期內甲方不得收回出租房屋(除非本合同另有規定)，甲方保證乙方可不受干擾的享用該物業。

九、乙方的責任：

9.2 乙方應愛護使用出租房屋，如因乙方的過失或過錯致使房屋設施及屋內用具和飾品受到損壞(正常損耗除外)，乙方應負賠償責任。
paryt b shall treat the leased property with care. if as a result of party b’s negligence or misconduct, the leased property and the related facilities and accessorties suffer any damage(fair wear and tear excepted ),party b shall be reonsible for compensating party a for such damages.
9.3 乙方應按本合同的約定合法使用出租房屋，不得擅自改變使用性質，不應存放中華人民共和國法律下所禁止的危險物品，如因此發生損害，乙方應承擔全部責任。

十、違約處理：

c.無故拖欠租金超過三天(除雙方就本合同存在爭議除外)。

十一、適用法律：

存在問題及解決的措施：
在前期研究過程中，某些知識不過關，一些基本問題無法得到解決，經過查閱有關教科書和請教老師，這個問題逐漸得到緩解；在撰寫論文開題報告時，參考文獻的格式書寫有誤，后期校驗出現不少紕漏，認真參照相關規定，最后將其改正。在外文翻譯初稿中，出現語病，專業詞匯翻譯不準確、格式書寫有誤等問題，經過審閱多遍完成了該任務。
根據教務處《關于做好xxxx屆本科學生畢業設計(論文)中期檢查的通知》文件精神，教科學院認真組織了自查工作。現將自查情況匯報如下：
學院領導和畢業論文領導小組成員在畢業論文領導小組工作會議上認真學習了《通知》精神，做了專門討論和研究，決定成立由學院督導委員會成員為組成的畢業論文中期檢查專家組，具體負責本次畢業論文中期檢查工作，制定了工作步驟、方式和要求，安排好各自任務。
我院依據學校的檢查通知，參照通知要求的檢查內容和方式，制定了周密詳細的工作計劃。分兩個階段進行檢查。第一階段是自查階段，學院教學管理科、指導教師和學生自我檢查論文中期工作情況，并且做好學院檢查的準備。第二階段是學院檢查階段，對學院的管理資料、指導教師的《中期檢查表》和部分學生的論文資料進行全面檢查。在全面檢查的基礎上，分別召開指導教師和學生座談會，聽取他們對學校、學院在畢業論文工作的規章制度、保障措施等方面的意見和建議，以進一步規范管理和提高畢業論文的質量。
在自查階段，學院各方面都能夠認真仔細，圓滿按時保質保量地完成工作。
3月6日下午，我院督導委員會成員按照計劃安排，分別進行了資料檢查、教師代表座談會和學生代表座談會。
(一)畢業論文中期資料檢查
按照教務處《通知》要求，我院決定對于學院的相關文件資料和指導教師的《中期檢查表》進行全面檢查，學生論文資料抽查不少于總數的1/4，每班隨機抽取1名學生的資料，檢查論文工作的完成情況。具體檢查情況如下：
1管理方面：
學院畢業設計(論文)工作管理文件，包括文件、通知等資料完整、規范、有序。畢業論文工作計劃制定詳細具體，符合學校的要求，切合學生的學習情況，整個論文工作執行基本按照計劃安排的時間點推進，目前論文工作已經完成計劃的8%多。學院制定的《畢業論文實施細則》符合學院學科專業特點與要求，符合學校的畢業論文工作要求，對于畢業論文工作的各個方面工作要求細致而明晰，一目了然。
為了保證學生論文的質量，學院做了大量的前期準備工作，比如制定了詳細的《畢業論文實施細則》，在撰寫過程中通過多種方式狠抓落實。首先嚴把三道關：選題關、開題關、答辯關。第二開辟三個信息渠道：一是通過各班的信息點、二是通過學院網站畢業論文專欄、
三是通過指導教師和班主任。第三創建兩條管理線：一條線是學院畢業論文領導小組，二是從系主任、教研室主任行政管理這條線進行管理。形成了多方面多渠道多形式的管理模式，以保證并提高我院畢業論文的質量和水平。
為了保證論文按時保質完成，新學期開始，我院加強了對畢業班學生的管理。開學伊始，我院就召開了畢業班學生大會，重點強調了畢業論文撰寫期間的學生管理。要求全體學生在沒有特殊事情的情況下必須在校認真撰寫論文，如果需要請假，首先要征得指導教師同意，并且要得到學院主管學生工作的副書記簽字同意方可離開學校。

絕大部分指導教師工作認真負責，悉心指導，不怕麻煩。對于學生論文指導方式有當面指導和網絡指導兩種，對每生平均指導次數超過1次。指導教師的認真態度、仔細程度以及對學生的嚴格要求得到了學生的高度評價。
指導工作記錄比較及時、完整，對于網絡指導情況的記錄也能在事后及時補充。指導方法多元化，指導教師一般都能夠依據學生的特點以及論文研究內容的方向制定合適的指導方法，這樣既能夠讓學生容易接受，又有利于論文工作的順利推進。論文工作經過選題、審核選題、文獻檢索、翻譯、開題報告，目前學生的論文撰寫工作已經進展到最后定稿階段，等待審閱、評閱。
指導教師們認為，大部分學生撰寫論文的態度認真、工作積極，基本上能夠按時完成論文的階段性工作。為了保證學生論文的質量，各位指導教師通過面授和網絡指導等方式不辭辛苦地指導學生查閱文獻資料、撰寫和修改論文提綱、一遍遍閱讀和修改論文。雖然工作進展順利，但是其中也存在著諸多的問題和不足，例如有的學生知識儲備不夠、有些學生因為考研和找工作耽誤論文的撰寫、個別學生積極性和主動性不高拖拉延宕等等。對于這些問題和不足，學院和老師們密切配合，有針對性的采取措施，使得這些學生基本能夠順利完成任務。
按照《通知》要求，抽查學生不少于全體學生的1/4，我院決定每班隨機抽取1名學生的論文資料進行檢查，共抽查了6名畢業生的前期文獻，包括：選題審批表、任務書、開題報告、文獻綜述、外文翻譯、中期報告(學生)。檢索文獻和參考資料比較充分，文獻綜述撰寫符合要求，開題報告基本規范。從指導教師的《中期檢查表》反映的內容來看，絕大部分學生態度認真，積極性較高，學生的論文撰寫工作進度正常，基本已完成全部任務的8%以上，還沒有發現抄襲現象。這反映了本屆畢業論文工作總體情況良好，絕大多數指導教師及畢業生的態度都是認真負責的，保障了本屆畢業工作進展比較順利，而且質量基本符合要求。
但檢查中也有個別畢業生材料不完整，需要進一步補充和完善。
專家組分別召集了八位畢業論文指導教師和十五位學生代表進行座談，聽取了教師和學
生對本屆畢業論文工作的意見和建議。
教師們對今年畢業論文的組織領導工作基本滿意，認為與前兩屆畢業論文工作相比，在組織管理上更加有序。學生對本屆畢業論文的工作流程安排及組織工作基本滿意，認為指導教師總體上是負責的，有些教師的指導非常認真。
座談會上師生對學校和學院畢業論文工作的意見和建議主要有以下幾個方面：
1.學校的論文假期與論文進程不符，建議學校要作調整。
2.學生反映學校圖書館專業外文資料太少，學生查找資料難度太大。建議學校加大這方面的投入，為學生提供方便。
3.學校下撥的論文指導經費太少，有些工作的開展有難度，希望學校適當增加。
通過這次自查，我院在一下方面取得了一些成績：
1、管理方面更加規范
2、指導教師更加認真負責
3、學生的態度更加積極和論文質量有一定提高
